SHARROW LANTERN CARNIVAL 2019

  • Wix Facebook page

Sharrow Lantern Carnival was set up in 2004 as a celebration of the first anniversary of the end of the Iraq war. The group who originally began the carnival wanted to bring peaceful protest to the streets of Sharrow. Today we still keep to these morals by celebrating the creative community in Sharrow. The carnival takes place annually in April and we have free lantern making workshops running from January every Saturday. For photos click here.

The carnival is entirely voluntary run and relies on donations for us to run weekly lantern making workshops and our amazing carnival that attracts over 3000 people people. To make a donation click here
