We are a celebratory arts organisation and aim to bring creativity to the streets of Sheffield and beyond! Sharrow Lantern Carnival is our main annual event, bringing 3000 people to the streets of Sharrow to dance, showcase their creativity and celebrate our community. This has been our mission for the past 12 years and we continue to volunteer our time to run this free, creative celebration every year.

Luisa has been passionate about visual arts and the charity sector since an early age and has organised fundraisers since she was 11 years old! After studying Psychology at Sheffield University in 2002, she worked for a number of charities including Barnardo's (mentoring young people), Safe@Last (fundraiser) and Leeds City Council (organising large arts event) before becoming CEO at Ignite Imaginations www.igniteimaginations.org.uk in 2008 where she currently works part time. She has voluntarily run Sharrow Lantern Carnivall since 2006 and  also co manages the craft brewery, On the Edge. www.ontheedgebrew.com
